Premium sintered mesh screens
Application
Premium sintered mesh screens with its robust construction and flow rate performance are applicable for long deviated horizontal wells, with gravel pack or standalone, as well as at high-rate/ high-pressure fracturing.
Description
Premium sintered mesh screen consists of perforated base pipe, drainage layer, sintered mesh filtering layer and protected by an outer perforated shroud.
Diffusion-bonded filter layer provides accurate pore size offering excellent solids retention, maximum flow rate and plugging resistance. Filtering layer considers pore size stability, robustness, strength and permeability.
The erosion-resistant outer shroud protects the filtration layers during challenging installation.
Materials: stainless steel wire AISI 304, 316L, Alloy 20
